The original design with the 3-part fold, handmade in our London factory since 1975.Compact and robust–it’s a seriously engineered bike that’s fun to ride. Although C Line is made to stand up to the rigours of everyday life in the city, owners have taken them on around-the-world trips, on country tours and even to the South Pole, but mainly they are used 364-days a year to improve the day-to-day (we recommend a day-off for an annual service).

The minimalist 2 speed C Line. Simple set up-lighter weight. For flatter cities or strong legs in hilly places.

With 2 gears, the C Line Urban is lighter to ride and carry than all other C Line models. And with one gear trigger, it’s simple to use. Those that are up and down stairs, walking along platforms and in and out of lifts, will appreciate the benefits of this bike’s Iower weight.

Extended Warranty

Brompton offers an extended 7-year frame warranty, 3-year electrical system warranty on Brompton Electric C Line bikes, and a 2-year warranty on all other non-wearing parts. Simply visit the Brompton website to register with your frame number.

• Wheelset: (F) Double-wall rim, 28 spokes laced to a Brompton front hub. (R) Double wall rim, 28 spokes laced to a 2 speed rear hub with 12 and 16 tooth sprockets.
• Tyres: 349 x 35C Schwalbe Marathon Racer. A puncture resistant tyre with a reflective sidewall.

• Pedals: Brompton Folding left hand and non-folding right-hand pedals
• Crank: (6061) forged aluminium crank with 54T chainring and integrated chainguard

• Handlebar: Triple butted (6061) aluminium with shot-peened finish
• Grips: Lock-on grips with soft-compound rubber adhered to an engineered core.

• Saddle: Brompton saddle with integrated carry handle (147mm). Incorporates a mount for a Brompton rear light and saddle bag.
